Local Comic Shop Day, the day celebrating the independent spirit of local comic book specialty shops, returns for its fifth annual event on Saturday 23rd November. Local Comic Shop Day is conceived and implemented by ComicsPRO comic book specialty retailers to call attention to locally owned independent comic book specialty stores, celebrating their vital role in being the primary fire-starters of pop culture with a range of exclusive - and often very limited items - available on the day! These items are only available in VERY limited quantities and there is a strict, no reservation or pre-sales policy for Local Comic Shop Day, imposed upon us by the organisers. We recommend getting to the shop for opening time on Saturday - 10:00am - to have your best chance to get the items you might want!
